Calculation of Public Holiday Entitlements

Prior to a public holiday we will provide you with the relevant information from the Working Time Act so that you can make an informed decision regarding Public Holiday payments.  We will also provide you with the calculation method used for previous public holidays.  We will pay whatever and however we are instructed to pay.
