Holiday Report
Every week we will send you a holiday report. It is important to point out our holiday report is based on the 8% rule for part-time employees and 4 weeks for full-time employees. The Working Time Act has three calculations and they are:
- 4 working weeks a year where at least 1,365 hours have been worked and the employee is in your employment on the 1st January
- 1/12th of the annual holiday entitlement for every calendar month where at least 117 hours have been worked.
- 8% of hours worked subject to a maximum of 4 working weeks.
We are unable to apply the second rule as we do not know the hours worked per calendar month. We can give you further information if you require at a later time.
